Is this software I set up myself?
No. Practical Works sets it up with you, connects it to your tools, and keeps it maintained for a monthly fee. We quote the price on a short call once we know your properties and tools.
Do I have to learn new software?
No. Tell us what changed and we update it. If you want to edit it yourself, the notes are ordinary text files in your Google Drive, and a free app called Obsidian opens them.
Does this replace HostBuddy or Hospitable?
No. It gives those tools, your VA and your cleaners one source for the rules instead of five.
Can the AI change my rules on its own?
No. It can suggest a change. Nothing is saved without a record, and any change can be undone.
